Jane H. Saikali
ASSOCIATE
Ms. Saikali was raised in Southern California. Upon graduation from high school, she attended the University of La Verne where she obtained a bachelors degree in Economics. After graduation, she went to work for one of Barron's top investment brokers at Morgan Stanley in Pasadena.
After one year, she continued working at Morgan Stanley and entered into law school at Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. In her second year of law school, Ms. Saikali was offered a position as a full time law clerk at Manning & Marder, Kass Ellrod Ramirez LLP.
She worked on the premises liability and police defense team. She was able to work with clients such as Macy's, Kohl's, AEG, Target, Best Buy, Fry's Electronics, Los Angeles County Sheriff's and Fire Department. She gained extensive experience assisting the attorneys with pre-litigation and litigation preparation, negotiations, site inspections, witness interviews and researching case law. Ms. Saikali was also the teachers assistant to Professor Jeffrey Lenkov's Sports Law course.
Upon graduation and subsequent to taking the bar, Ms. Saikali left Los Angeles and moved to Rancho Cucamonga, CA. She became a hearing representative for Blomberg, Benson and Garrett, dealing primarily with applicant workers compensation cases. After Ms. Saikali passed the bar, she was offered and accepted a position with Siegel, Moreno and Stettler at their Riverside location. She primarily works with the Workers Compensation Appeals Boards located in Pomona, San Bernardino and Riverside.
She is a member of the San Diego County and Riverside County Bar Association. Ms. Saikali is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Ms. Saikali enjoys reading, coaching volleyball, working out, and spending time with her family.
