Alexandra P. Dunlevy

Ms. Dunlevy was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. Upon graduation from high school, she moved to San Diego to attend the University of San Diego where she obtained a dual degree in International Relations and French. After graduation, she moved to Santa Barbara, California to work for a Member of the California State Assembly representing the 35th District. While working for the Assembly member, she developed an appreciation for the legislative process and the legal system.
In 2005, Ms. Dunlevy moved back to San Diego and began to work as a paralegal and law clerk at Siegel, Moreno & Stettler. She gained extensive experience assisting the attorneys with litigation preparation, negotiations, preparing fraud referrals, and researching case law. After several years of working for Siegel, Moreno & Stettler, she decided to return to the University of San Diego to obtain her Law Degree. While attending USD Law School, her studies focused on employment law and alternative dispute resolution. Throughout law school, she continued working for Siegel, Moreno & Stettler, both in the workers’ compensation and civil litigation departments. After graduation, she accepted a position with Siegel, Moreno & Stettler doing both civil litigation and workers’ compensation defense. Her focus is upon the prosecution and litigation of property and workers’ compensation subrogation matters.
She is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and the San Diego County Bar Association. Ms. Dunlevy is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Ms. Dunlevy enjoys cooking, reading, gardening, running, and spending time with her family.
