RALPH J. MORENO
Subsequently, he located to California and attended law school where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the law review. In addition, he served as a teaching assistant tutoring students and working as a volunteer Research Assistant for the Superior Court. He graduated from law school with distinction and was admitted to the California Bar in 1985. Later that same year, he joined McCormick & Mitchell and soon thereafter became a partner. He then joined with Steve Siegel to form Siegel & Moreno, formerly known as Siegel, Moreno & Kramer. Mr. Moreno has extensive experience in all areas of workers’ compensation and focuses his practice on the representation of insurance companies, self-insured employers and third party administrators. Mr. Moreno also represents employers on 132(a) and serious and willful misconduct claims. He has successfully argued before the California Court of Appeals with decisions published in the California Appellate Reports and in California Compensation Cases. In addition, he has taught law school courses and has conducted seminars for employers, insurance companies, physicians, workers’ compensation professionals and students. Mr. Moreno also remains active in a number of associations and has presented at the American Public Health Association Convention. |
