David E. Shamsky

In 1995, Mr. Shamsky graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism.   He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego in 1998.   He was an esteemed member of the University of San Diego Law Review.

From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Shamsky worked as an attorney for the Bureau of Child Support Enforcement of the San Diego District Attorney's Office. He thereafter practiced medical malpractice defense with the law firm of Harrington, Foxx, Dubrow & Canter.

Mr. Shamsky began practicing workers' compensation law in 2002,  representing hundreds of applicants, primarily in the San Diego area.  He has substantial experience in all aspects of workers' compensation cases, including discovery, expedited hearings, trials and vocational rehabilitation unit proceedings.

Mr. Shamsky joined the firm of Siegel, Moreno and Stettler in 2007.  With over five years of experience as an  attorney before the San Diego Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, he is thoroughly familiar with the aggressive prosecution of workers' compensation cases and procedures.
